之前曾經有分享過 WonderFox Document Manager 專用文件文書管理工具，而這次限時免費的 Document Manager 也是類似的文書管理軟體，雖然介面沒有那麼漂亮，不過功能同樣很實用，只要設定好資料夾之後，就可以輕鬆地列出資料夾內的 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、PDF 格式的文書檔案，Custom 內還可以自己定義副檔名，預設是 txt、csv、rtf 三種比較小的文件格式，也可以自己設定影片或是音樂的副檔名，同樣也可以套用在這款工具上，管理上更方便。
上方選單說明：
- Includes Subfolders：包含子目錄
- Calculate Fileszie：計算檔案大小
- Show Icons：顯示圖示
- Hide Initial Path：隱藏檔案路徑
- Hide File Extension：隱藏副檔名
Document Manager 快速列出檔案後可以方便尋找檔案與開啟檔案，更方便的是可以輸出文件列表，實用的文件工具推薦大家使用囉！！！免安裝版即是註冊版本，大家可以直接下載來使用囉！
